My journey is one of resilience and transformation—a single mother who left everything behind to build a new life in a new country. I graduated with a BA in Political Science and began my career in the fast-paced FMCG luxury sector, mastering strategic communication and branding for global corporations. This early experience fueled my passion for image management, prompting me to pursue specialized education in appearance, communication, and behavior. Soon after, I launched my own consultancy in 2005 and quickly became a sought-after expert, serving Fortune 500 companies, TV celebrities, and politicians alike.

Building on that foundation, I enhanced my coaching skills with training at New York University, which empowered me to work with executives and emerging leaders on personal branding and style. A pivotal moment in my life came with the birth of my daughter, which introduced me to the transformative power of mindfulness and holistic living and I completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programs at Brown University and San Diego State University. Embracing these principles, I shifted my focus from superficial makeovers to authentic, enduring change—nurturing self-respect, courage, and joy.
